Referral and Reimbursement

• I would like to receive a referral letter from your referrer with your details and the request for help.

• I currently have no contracts with health insurers.

Rates

The rates of the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA) are used in my practice.

If you are unable to keep the appointment, it is important that you cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance. I will then be required to charge an amount of € 90.00.

Complaints Procedure and Quality Statute

• I am affiliated with the complaints committee for independent psychiatrists ZZP Nederland. Information about this can be found on ZZP Nederland.

• You can obtain information about the quality statute from me.

Privacy

I handle your personal data with care, for which I use a secure electronic system. In addition, I am obliged to handle your data confidentially due to my professional secrecy.
